100G (4 oz) wholemeal flour
100g (4 oz) soya margarine
110 g (4 oz) porridge oats
50 g (2 oz) apricot puree
Set the oven to 350°F, 180°C, Gas Mark 4.
Put the margarine in a bowl and cream with the apricot puree.
Add the oats and flour. Beat until the mixture becomes stiff.
Roll out the dough out. Cut into 12 small sized cake circles.
Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes until they are lightly browned and firm to the touch.
Leave to cool on a wire rack.
